By accessing or using NDA AIR 1 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Paid plans provide access to specific features, test limits, and tools as described on the pricing page. Plans are non-transferable between users. Features and pricing may be updated with prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass test limits or platform restrictions
• Use automated tools to interact with the Platform without authorisation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's functionality

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including questions, solutions, analytics, and design, is the intellectual property of NDA AIR 1. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

NDA AIR 1 provides educational preparation tools and does not guarantee exam results. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the Platform is revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days.
